Contact us

We try to answer contact requests as quickly as possible and have a goal to do so in maximum 24h, sometimes that is just not possible but rest assure that we are working as fast as we can!

When sending email to us we will keep the email in our registry for about 6 months, if that’s not acceptable please prefix the text “[DO NOT KEEP EMAIL]” in the topic (not the message) and Alice will just toss it in the trash after we replied.

Chat (If you do not mind third party)

As we are using a third party for these chats you need to read up on their privacy policy and GDPR information (we are finishing up our own solution, but its not production ready).

For now this is the best and recommended option, if you do not mind the third party contacts sharing.

Nextcloud talk (Encrypted, privacy first way)

This is by far the fastest way to reach us! But in order for you to do so you need to have a cloud service account setup, when that is up and running you will have all the information about contacting us that you need (and more).

Email (Unencrypted, privacy last way)

The good old spam-box can also be used, just make sure that you do not spam. Alice gets mad about spam mails and reports any misbehavior to abusedIPDB!
